The restaurant is inspired by Tokyo's jazz cafes and boasts an impressive sound system to complement the open ktichen and grandiose bar. Created for sharing, the restaurant cooks over a charcoal oven, bringing good vibes with live dj sets and a chance to dance for those who stick around after dinner.

Déviant

A whole in the wall spot in the 10e arrondisement, the restaurant is all about the atmosphere. In a space with no windows or walls and just a small open kitchen surrounded by a bar, each item on the menu is well thought out and can be enjoyed easily with just your fingers, a fork or a spoon or just a slice of fresh bread. An ever changing menu features a slew of small plate. But don't be fooled, while the plates offer small bites, nothing about the way it is prepared is simple. Seasonal seafood like small bowls of mussels in celery-peppercorn broth are seasonal but perfect for sharing.

Verjus

The brainchild of American chef Braden Perkins, this restaurant might be sacrilegious at first. While one might not expect to visit an American restaurant in Paris, it is much more than that. Unpretentious and filled with excitement, the much talked about supper club also has a decent sized wine bar below. The tasting menu is known to be one of the best in France, with seasonal dishes and wine pairing that has once attracted Beyoncé and JAY-Z to dine here.
