Viet Nguyen

Viet Nguyen serves as the CEO and executive chef of Kei Concepts, a restaurant group based in Orange County, California. In 2014, Nguyen opened his first restaurant, SUP Noodle Bar, in Buena Park, California. The success of this venture led to the establishment of additional dining concepts, such as The VOX Kitchen, Gem Dining, NEP Café, KIN Izakaya and others. Kei Concepts has been recognized for its innovative approach to Asian dining, blending traditional flavors with modern techniques.
